Configuring the Employee Availability Calendar for Overrides

Users cannot create an availability override unless the New link is displayed in the Employee Availability Calendar.

If the New link is not displayed, perform this procedure:

  1. Select Maintenance > Security > Team Security > Role Definitions.
  2. Click the Edit link next to the role used for supervisors.
  3. Select the Wbrole Supervisor check box.
  4. Click Save.
