Modifying the Clock System Configuration

System Configuration allows you to enable DHCP on the clock or set a static IP address for the clock. This option is secured so that only authorized users can make changes.

Note: The function keys in this procedure can vary depending on the configuration of your clock.

To access System Configuration and make changes:

  1. Press the More (F8) > Administrator (F7) on the clock screen to display the Administrator login page.
  2. Specify 9000 in the User field, and select Enter on the keypad.
  3. Provide the calculated password using the following formula:

Password = current year + current day number in the current year

For example, if the current year is 2017, and October 1 is the 274th day of the year, then the password is 2017 + 274 = 2291.

  4. Specify your calculated password in the Password field, and press Enter on the keypad.
