Defining irregular time codes

Time codes describe how an employee’s time is spent. The codes are used to track when an employee is working, off sick, on vacation, on a break, or a variety of other activities. Only the time codes that you flag as irregular are displayed on Exception reports.

  1. Select Maintenance > Payroll Settings > Time Codes.
  2. Click the Edit link beside a time code and select the Irregular Code check box.
  3. Click Save.
