Withdrawing from a course

Supervisors cannot withdraw from courses on an employee’s behalf. Each employee is responsible for submitting a Course Withdraw form using the ETM.

When you withdraw from a course, the system automatically:

  • Updates your timesheet with the change.
  • Removes the override that was originally created upon enrollment.

To withdraw from a course:

  1. From the Course Status page, click the X icon in the Withdraw column.
    The Course Withdraw form, with details of the course, is displayed.
  2. Click Submit to confirm withdrawal from the course.
    A message confirms that your form has been submitted.
  3. Click OK.
