Importing and Exporting Interactions

With the Interaction Migration Utility, you can import interactions (forms and workflows) from XML format and export existing interactions to XML format. As a result, you can easily migrate interactions from one WFM instance to another using one process.

Note: You can also import and export the forms and workflows separately, using the “save as” and “open file” features of the Workflow Editor and Form Builder. These methods, however, have restrictions—the file you are migrating must contain only one interaction, and all nodes must have the same registry entry as that in the target instance.
