Troubleshooting Overview

If necessary, complete the following steps to resolve the display issue.

  1. Determine if your version of Java is recommended in the Infor Workforce Management Release Notes for your release. See Determining the Java Version for more information on how to do this.

  2. Determine if the browser you are using is recommended in the Infor Workforce Management Release Notes for your release. See Determining the Browser Version for more information on how to do this.

  3. As a best practice, clear the Java cache after making any change with applets, especially after applying the recommended patch.
