Testing your workflow results

These steps test the Safety Glove Request Form interaction:

  1. Select Test Items Folder > Safety Glove Request.
    The Safety Glove Request Form is displayed.
  2. Complete the Safety Glove Request form.
  3. Click Submit.
    The application displays a message stating that your safety glove request has been submitted.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Open your Inbox.
  6. Under the From column, select the new message called WFM.
    The response window is displayed.
  7. Select Accept.
  8. Specify comments about the request in the Comments field.
  9. Click Submit.
    The application displays a message stating that this flow routes an employee request for new safety gloves.
  10. Click OK.
    The Messages screen is displayed.
  11. Log on to WFM as Support.
  12. Navigate to the Messages Inbox to view a new message from Adam Wallace.
  13. To verify that the Safety Glove Request has been approved, click WALLACEADAM under the From column.
    The application inserts a message that the request has been accepted, into the request form window.
  14. To verify that WFM Support’s Safety Glove Balance has been decreased accordingly, select Maintenance > Employees > Employee.
  15. Scroll down to the Employee Leave Balance panel.
