Priority

An organization can set up different task priorities to classify tasks by priority level. By default, the Urgent, High, Medium, and Low task priorities are included. You can create additional priorities by navigating to this menu path:

Maintenance > Optional Modules > Task Management > Task Management Settings > Task Priority

The Priority Order must be a numeric value. This field is used to sort tasks by ascending priority on the task assignment calendar. A value of 1 is the highest priority.
