Effective Dating (Columns 1-2)

The effective start and end dates in fields OVR_START_DATE and OVR_END_DATE (columns 1-2) should be used for all fields that contain override dates. If data is not provided for these fields, the application does:

• If the import value for OVR_START_DATE is empty, the default is the current system date.
• If the import value for OVR_END_DATE is empty, the default is 01/01/3000.
