Employee information

In the My Employees and Timesheet Alert categories that are included in the notification bar, when an employee name is highlighted, contact information is displayed in a separate window. To set the data that is displayed and the related mapping, these registry settings are used:

/system/widgetbar/empInfoCardOptions/empMobilePhoneUDFCode Name of mobile phone UDF field
/system/widgetbar/empInfoCardOptions/empOfficePhoneUDFCode Name of office phone UDF field

Clients should already have UDF fields that are defined with some or all of this information (for example, HOME_PHONE). If so, the UDF name only needs to be pasted into each of these fields.
