Regular Replacement

If your Synel SY-780/A clock is diagnosed as defective and you require a replacement clock or require your current clocks to be repaired, perform the following steps:

  1. Gather the following information:
    • Return shipping address, contact name and phone number.
    • Clock serial number.
    • Clock configuration details, including IP Address, Default Gateway, Subnet Mask, Host IP.
    • Clock defect details (for example: broken keypad, faulty display, etc.)
  2. Contact Infor Support and include the above details in your request.
  3. Enclose the above information with the clock inside the box.
    Note: The returning clock will have the information you provided pre-programmed.
  4. Include the Hub Issue # of the replacement item on the outside of the box, not inside and ship via FedEx International Economy (or equivalent service) to:
