Adding bid periods

To add bid periods:

  1. Select Maintenance > Optional Modules > Schedule Bidding > Schedule Bid Setup > Create/Manage Schedule Bid.
  2. Click Edit beside the schedule for which you want to set up a bid period.
  3. In the SB Bid Period section, click the new row icon to add a row.
  4. Specify this information:
    Bid Period Start Time
    Select the start date and time for the bid period.
    Bid Period End Time
    Select the end date and time for the bid period.
  5. Repeat the previous two steps to add more bid periods to the schedule bid.
  6. Click Save when you are finished adding bid periods.
