LTA_RUN_LOCATION

This parameter instructs the system when to run the Long Term Absences (LTAs). Valid values are BEFORE CLOCKS (default), AFTER CLOCKS, AFTER TIMESHEET OVERRIDES.

For example, if the LTA_RUN_LOCATION parameter is set to AFTER CLOCKS and:

1. The employee clocks in at 14:30.
2. The supervisor performs an LTA-VAC time code override from the employee’s timesheet from 14:35 to 15:35.
3. The employee clocks out at 14:36.

The result is that when the supervisor refreshes the employee’s timesheet, the WRK time code is allocated to 14:30 – 14:35 and the VAC time code is allocated to 14:35 – 15:35.
