This parameter controls the default locale of WFM, ETM (Employee Transaction Manager), and mobility. After updating this registry parameter, you must also unload the WFM cache and then close your browser to complete the change. For more information on using WFM or ETM and unloading your WFM cache, see Infor Workforce Management Time and Attendance Implementation and Administration Guide.
To determine the language used on the login page in the desktop and mobility applications, the browser locale is checked. If the browser locale is available in WFM, the login page is presented in that locale.
Note: The browser locale is determined by looking at the Accept-Language header. This header can vary between browsers, even for the same locale. An exact match of the language and country code is first checked. If an exact match does not exist, then a search for only the language code is made. If there is no match on the language code, the default locale specified in this registry parameter is used.After the user logs in, the localization is based on the locale assigned to the user. The user locale does not depend on the browser.
