This parameter determines whether the Schedule Validator honors DST for the configured rules during Daylight Savings Time (DST).

For example, during Fall DST an employee is scheduled from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM and the Max Hours Per Day rule is set with a value of 8.

When the honorDST parameter is set to true, the Schedule Validator report would generate a violation because the report counts the extra hour of time and registers that the employee worked 9 hours, exceeding the max hours per day value (8).

When the honorDST parameter is set to false, the Schedule Validator report would not generate a violation because the report does not count the extra hour of time and only registers that the employee worked 8 hours.
