This parameter controls whether the schedule time edit fields are displayed on the Schedule page.
When set to True, the schedule time edit fields are displayed on the Schedule page. Users can perform schedule time overrides directly from the Schedule page, instead of clicking and selecting the schedule time override.
When set to False, the schedule time edit fields are not displayed on the Schedule page.
