WB_SHIFTOFFER_CALLBACK_WEBSERVICE _URL

Description:

This parameter is used to specify the callback URL that a third party can use to communicate with the Workforce Management instance.

The format of the callback URL is based on your instance setup.

For LFSO, use this format, replacing the server, port, and context root (if it exists) with your instance information:

http://server:port/context_root_if_exists/shiftOfferServices/ShiftexCallBackService?wsdl

For example, if the context root is system, use this format:

http://server:port/system/shiftOfferServices/ShiftexCallBackService?wsdl

For MVS, use this format, replacing the server, port, and context root (if it exists) with your instance information:

http://server:port/context_root_if_exists/schShiftOfferServices/ShiftexCallBackService?wsdl

Note: The server may require an IP rather than a server name. This requirement is based on the available connectivity between Vortex and the host. Contact your IT team for details on how to connect as VPN details may vary.
