SOPRELOAD_EMPLOYEE_ADDITIONAL_COLS

This parameter controls which columns are loaded from the EMPLOYEE table. By limiting the number of columns returned to only the columns necessary, system performance is increased when using shift edit functionality in the Weekly Schedule page. If no callouts are present, or if they are present, but not using employee UDF’s, setting this parameter to NONE speeds up shift editing.

Do not change this parameter value before consulting Infor Consulting Services.

ALL - all columns are loaded

NONE - no UDF columns are loaded from the EMPLOYEE table
