Employee Skill imports are now case sensitive on Oracle and DB2

Because of an unintentional change, the Employee Skill imports are now case sensitive on Oracle and DB2 databases. In previous releases, the Employee Skill imports were not case sensitive.

Note: This is not an issue on Microsoft SQL Server.

This change could cause the interface task to fail if the skill type names (EMP_SKILL_TYPE) specified in the import file are in mixed case.

If you are using the Employee Skill interface to update skills information, the EMP_SKILL_TYPE value (column 5 by default) must be in all upper case in the file to be imported.

If you are using the Employee Import interface to update skills information, the EMP_SKILL value (column 94 by default) must be specified and the EMP_SKILL_TYPE value (column 95 by default) must be in all upper case in the file to be imported.

Note: Skill type names created in the application are always in upper case.

PLAT-7218

In version 6.4.0.0 of Workforce Management, when using a supported browser for running applets, changes to the forms in Form Builder are not saved.

For example, after editing and saving a Time Off Request form, if you navigate to Maintenance > System Administration > Root Node > Forms and open the form, you will notice that your changes are not saved.
