Uniqueness requirement for associated jobs

Workforce Management release 6.3.0 added a uniqueness requirement for associated jobs. A job can only be configured as an associated job for one parent job. During an upgrade, Flyway detects if an existing job has multiple parent jobs. This is done by attempting to add a unique key constraint to the ES_JOB_ASSOCIATION table. If multiple parent jobs are detected, Flyway fails on migration WFM-20110.

If this migration fails, customers can correct the configuration using the Associated Job sub-form of the Job maintenance form. While a job can have multiple child associated jobs, a job cannot be listed as an associated job for more than one parent job.
