Cognos: Employee Contact Tracing Report

This new report allows you to identify all the employees that may have worked with a specified employee during the selected period.

The report will select all employees who worked directly in the same team. Optionally, using the Include Parent and Sub Teams flag, an employer can also include employees in the Parent team and sub-teams of the team the employee worked. For the related employees, the report displays the work date, the worked team, worked start and end times and contact information. The search criteria for the shift is padded by 15 minutes at both ends of the shift to include other employees who may have started a shift earlier or ended a shift later. The report is intended for supervisory, managerial and HR based roles.

The report is named and implemented generically to avoid stigmatizing employees and does not imply anything specific. It can be useful as a general crisis management tool.

For more information, see the Infor Workforce Management Standard Reports Guide.
