Add name of the employee that claimed a billboard shift to the notification message

When an employee accepts a billboard shift, the notification that is sent out to the manager/scheduler does not contain the employee's name. The user cannot tell who accepted the billboard shift.

Outcome

Fixed. Added the name of the employee to the notification message. This applies to MVS and LFSO billboard shifts.
