As an employee I should be able to view withdraw interaction notifications in ETM/Desktop the same as Mobility

Shift times and dates are displayed in the message body in the desktop application and ETM when Shift Billboard posts are withdrawn. This affects notifications when shift posts are withdrawn by a manager or expired or rejected by the job scheduler tasks.

LFSO unassigned shift disappeared when one employee submits multiple claims and all claims are approved by supervisor

When the same unassigned shift is sent twice to the billboard and an employee claims that shift multiple times, one of the unassigned shifts disappears from the LFSO schedule after the supervisor approves all claim requests from the claimer.

Outcome

Fixed by LFSO-4437. In this scenario, only one shift is assigned to the claimer. The other shift is posted to the billboard and available for other employees to claim.

Backport RCA Callout (WFM-22999) to 7.0.x

The RCA employee sort order callout allows customers to implement custom logic for sorting employees in the Relief Calling Area (RCA). This can be useful when employees must be contacted for open relief shifts in a specific order to satisfy company policy or collective bargaining agreements. Customers can specify the bean ID for their implementation of this callout in the RCA_SORT_SVC registry parameter.

The previous RCA_COMPARATOR_SVC callout has been deprecated. Existing customers using this callout must update their implementation to the new RCA employee sort callout.

See the Infor Workforce Management MVS Implementation and Administration Guide.
