Improve schedule detail import performance by increasing the size of transaction and multi-threading

The performance of the Schedule Detail interface task was improved by increasing the size of each transaction while processing imported record data in parallel with multiple threads. To tune performance, two new parameters can now be configured from the parameter page of the interface task:

• Number of Schedule Detail Processing Threads: Specifies the number of threads to be used for processing import data concurrently.
• Auto recalc after saving shifts: Indicates whether to re-calculate pay rules after saving shifts. By default, this option is selected.
