When a posting is withdrawn, any workflows related to pending approvals for that posting remains in the PAUSED status
When a Shift Billboard posting is withdrawn by the Reject Expired Billboard Posting Task, the workflow processes for pending claim requests on the shift posting remain in PAUSED status.
Outcome
The Reject Expired Posting Task has been renamed to the Billboard Clean Up Task. In addition to removing expired posts from the billboard, this task now also moves the processes for pending claim requests on the shift to a status of TERMINATED. A migration has been added to update job scheduler tasks to the new task name.

KPI Callout
The Schedule KPI callout can be implemented to use custom logic to calculate the displayed schedule cost in the ASV and in the MR and OTS edit screens. The callout also allows customers to display up to six custom KPI values, with custom labels, in these screens. Different custom KPIs or cost calculations can be defined for the ASV and for the MR and OTS edit screens. Customers implementing this callout create an implementation for KPICalloutService to define the custom cost and KPI calculations. The bean ID for this custom service implementation is specified in the KPI_COST_SVC registry parameter.
The Details pane in the MR and OTS edit screens has been updated to display custom KPIs. When this callout is implemented, the KPI tab is displayed and lists the labels and values for the custom KPIs. The Schedule Information tab has been added to display the rotation information that was previously displayed in the Details pane.

Comment - ASV Detail Edit
You can enter shift comments to record scheduling decisions or other notes related to a shift and communicate them to other users. Shift comments can be added to an individual shift using the Shift Comments pop-up in the Detail Edit panel. The same shift comment can be added to multiple shifts using Mass Edit mode.

Incorrect shift history when claiming employee posting shift
Outcome
Fixed. The billboard posting status must be updated before assigning the shift. If not, the ShiftPersistence layer will try and cancel the posting while making the claim. This was causing the ASV shift history issues.

Comments Popup in MR/OTS
You can enter shift comments to record scheduling decisions or other notes related to a shift and communicate them to other users. Shift comments can be added to shifts using the Shift Comments pop-up when editing an MR or OTS in Schedule mode. A gray arrow is displayed in shift cells that have one or more comments. The comments are included with published shifts when the MR or OTS is processed.

Users can click the schedule compliance indicator on shift cards in Central Staffing to open the Approve Schedule Compliance Violations pop-up and view a list of schedule compliance issues caused by a shift. If the list includes unapproved schedule compliance warnings, users can approve the warnings from the pop-up.

Add clock status to central staffing shift cards
Users can see the clock status of assigned employees when viewing shifts in Central Staffing. The clock status icon on a shift card displays a check mark when the employee assigned to the shift has recorded any clocks during the shift's start date. An empty circle is displayed when the employee does not have any clocks recorded during the shift's start date.
