Report auditing

A new report auditing feature will allow you to analyze the use of the WFM reports and/or custom reports. This new feature will help you to understand which reports are providing value for your organization. In addition, the report auditing feature provides information about under-utilized reports that might lead to inquiries regarding the usefulness of such reports or a lack of knowledge about such reports in your organization.

The following new reports are available:

  • Execution History by User report.
  • Execution History Detailed report.
  • Report Update History report.
  • Report Usage History report.

Installation and configuration changes for your Cognos deployment are required to implement this new feature. These changes can be done manually or with the automated installer provided by WFM.
