New Employee Import (HR Refresh)

The new Employee Import interface provides the ability to exceed 104 data fields, a limitation of the previous interface. A new Layout Editor allows users to graphically manage data and its field order. Error handling and messaging have both been improved, such that the failure of one record will not fail a set of records. Additionally, the new Employee Import adds the ability to import a number of fields that previously had to be custom additions, such as Reader Groups.

License Management

Ensures that Infor HCM Workforce Management is licensed appropriately. If not, a trial period ensues after which users may not log in to the application. Furthermore, License Management determines which pages and fields that a logged-in user may access. License Management is implemented using the Infor SLM License Server. Every organization upgrading to Feature Pack 5 must install the license server and acquire a license.
