Support for the previous pay period when checking the sum of good/bad minutes

Previously, there was an issue with accruals that are applied every pay period. When checking the sum of good/bad minutes over the last accrual period, the current pay period was used in the calculations instead of the previous pay period.

For example, assume these pay periods:

  • May 26 to June 1
  • June 2 to June 8

If the Apply On Value field for the accrual is set to F, then on June 2 (the first day of the pay period), the rule would consider the current pay period from June 2 to June 8 when making its good/bad calculations.

This issue was fixed in maintenance releases 6.2.4.21 and 6.3.0.4. When checking the sum of good/bad minutes over the last accrual period, the previous pay period is now used instead of the current pay period. In this scenario, on June 2, the rule would consider the previous pay period from May 26 to June 1 when making its good/bad calculations.

This change only affects the good/bad calculations of accruals that are applied every pay period.
