Time Off Planner enhancements

The Time Off Planner includes these enhancements:

  • Supervisors are now notified when time off requests are no longer pending.

    For example, a team designates the Supervisor role as a virtual role and assigns two users as supervisors to the team. When a request is submitted, both supervisors are notified of the pending request. If one of the supervisors then approves or denies the request, the other supervisor receives a notification that the request was acted upon and is no longer pending.

  • Route notifications of time off requests to different roles, depending on the time off type.

    For example, you can route notifications for vacation requests to a supervisor and maternity leave requests to an HR administrator.

  • Limit the ability to act upon time off requests to specific roles, depending on the time off type.

    For example, you can limit the approval/denial of vacation requests to only supervisors and sick requests to only managers.
