These new features are included in this release for Infor Workforce:

• Shift Swap enhancements

  Partial shift swap and shift giveaway requests are now supported. In addition, users can now select employees outside of their home team for the requests.

• IP capture when clocking

  The IP address is now being captured when clock swipes are performed on the Clock homepage widget.

• Clock IP Validation Rule support

  With the IP address now being captured as part of a clock swipe, the existing Clock IP Validation Rule can be used to limit clock transactions to a range of acceptable IP addresses.

• GPS coordinates

  The GPS coordinates will no longer be stored as part of the clock extra data. Instead, the coordinates are stored in their own columns to simplify access to the data.

• Time Attestation

  Based on the existing ETM Time Attestation feature, users can now perform time attestation on the Clock homepage widget.

• Actionable Email Address and Phone Number fields

  Both the email address and phone number fields can now be clicked. Clicking the email address opens the default email program on the device. Clicking the phone number opens a prompt to call the specified number.

• Retail Tip support

  Based on the existing ETM Retail Tip feature, users can now enter tip information when clocking out on the Clock homepage widget.

• DSSO Authentication support

  Similar to the main application, mobility now supports authentication using DSSO.
