Improved automation for installer

The Infor WFM installer now:

• includes files that formerly required manual copying. In past releases, several files had to be manually copied from the user domain directory to the oracle_common directory for access by the node manager.
• does not require the user to adjust the permgen space manually. Instead, the server start parameter Max Permgen has been increased to 256M from 128M.
• only displays Java versions that Infor WFM supports, when the user is prompted to select a JVM.
