Timesheet

The Weekly Timesheet feature has been added to this release. The Weekly Timesheet view supports positive or exception-based elapsed time entry, commonly used in white- collar, salaried, or professional environments. The following capabilities are supported:

  • Employee Scheduled Start and End Times for the selected time period (e.g., current week)
  • Employee Actual Start and End Times for the selected time period
  • Employee Elapsed Time Entries for the selected time period
  • Labor metrics
  • Timesheet authorization details
  • Summary of Employee Timesheet details, broken down by Time Code and Hour Type details

Other functions that can be performed via the Weekly Timesheet view include:

  • Access to Schedule view
  • Direct access to Previous Week and Next Week views
  • Copy Timesheet functions
  • Print functions
  • Access to the Override view
  • Perform batch Timesheet approvals
