Is Employed Period Condition

The Is Employed Period Condition has been enhanced to support a new option in the UnitPeriod parameter, X of Y Days. When this option is specified in the condition, the system determines if an employee has been employed for X of the last Y days.

For example, certain legislation around holiday pay requires that an employee has been employed for at least 90 calendar days in the 12 calendar months before the public holiday. To be in compliance with this legislation, you can configure the condition to determine if the employee has been employed in 90 of the last 365 days.
