Supervisors who approve their own time off requests are no longer notified

Supervisors who approve their own time off requests will no longer receive a notification email when they submit their own requests.

For example, Nicola and Carol are both supervisors of the IT team and can approve their own time off requests. When an employee of the team submits a vacation request, both Nicola and Carol are notified. When Nicola submits a vacation request, though, only Carol is notified.

This change was made as part of a fix in 6.2.1.
