Scheduled Team View

The Scheduled Team view displays a schedule as a list of teams (for which the schedule was retrieved) and the employees scheduled to those teams (either because it is their home team or it is a temporary team assignment). This view enables you to see which employees are working together, how they contribute towards coverage, and a count of various sets of hours for the week.

Employees who are scheduled, but unassigned for the entire schedule period retrieved (and/or the week displayed) will not be displayed in the Scheduled Team view until they are assigned at least one job.

For employees scheduled to other teams (floated), the view shows Scheduled in their cells and clicking the cell displays the team they are scheduled to in the Schedule Details panel. For employees scheduled (floated) to the selected team(s) but who have a different home team, the view displays their home team beside their name in brackets.

The objective of the Scheduled Team view is to display employees, including their availability and absences, who are assigned to a job (for the team(s) retrieved) for at least one day of the displayed schedule period.

You can view the following information within the Scheduled Team view:

  • Teams within the schedule and employees within the team
  • Coverage displayed at the team level
  • Total scheduled hours for the team and day
  • Total unstaffed hours for the entire team, for the day
  • Total required hours, which is the sum of the scheduled and staffed hours for the team, for the day
  • Total hours that an employee is scheduled per week
  • Schedule period currently being displayed

From this view, it is also possible to view unstaffed shifts (if created using the batch process) and Schedule Compliance status icons.
