Filtering the Intraday Page View

By selecting specific schedule elements in the Filter panel, you can narrow down the information displayed in the schedule to only the information associated with the selected filter criteria.

By default, no filters are applied when the Intraday page is first displayed.

To filter the elements displayed in the Intraday:

  1. Click the Filter button in the Tools panel. The Filter panel displays below the Tools panel.
  2. Select the only activity to be displayed in the schedule using the Activity lookup.
  3. Select the only job to be displayed in the schedule using the Job lookup.
  4. Select the only employee status to be displayed in the schedule from the Employee Status drop-down list. The options are:
    • Scheduled
    • Available
    • Off
    • Matching SR (Shift Requirement) Skills
  5. Select the team(s) whose schedule information you want to see using the Team lookup.

    To select multiple teams, hold Ctrl and click your chosen teams in succession.

  6. Select the only docket to be displayed in the schedule using the Docket lookup.
  7. Click Filter.

    The schedule display refreshes to show only the information as defined by the filter criteria

  8. Click Hide to close the Filter panel.
