Shift History for billboard shifts

Any Shift Billboard action performed on a shift is recorded in the Shift History for the shift. This includes actions performed by employees, managers, or by the system. It also includes actions performed on posted shifts in other modules. For example, Shift History records actions in other modules that remove shifts from the billboard.

Shift History tracks these events:

• Shifts successfully posted to billboard
• Shifts successfully claimed from the billboard
• Posted shifts offered in the Relief Queue
• Posted shifts assigned in ASV or Staffing Center
• Shift times or details for posted shifts updated in ASV or Staffing Center
• Shift posts canceled by a manager
• Shift posts withdrawn by the posting employee
• Shift posts that are expired by the system
• Shift posts that are rejected by the system due to schedule compliance errors
