Canceling a broadcasted offer in Relief Queue

Shift offers that are being broadcast can also be canceled.

Any shift that is being offered to employees by broadcast to mobile devices, is labeled with a telephone icon. The icon indicates that the shift is locked. The lock will persist for the duration of the offer as specified in the Offer Window field.

To cancel a broadcast for a shift offer in the Relief Queue:
  1. Select the teams or employees that you want to view in the Relief Queue. See Viewing the outstanding vacancies.
  2. Select the shift cell that is being broadcast. Hover your cursor over the shift to view more details about the shift.
  3. Hover your cursor over a shift to display the options menu for the shift.
  4. Click Cancel Mobile Offer. A confirmation message window is displayed.
  5. Click OK to confirm that you want to cancel the broadcast.
