Canceling an LTA or temporary unassignment

You can cancel a temporary unassignment or long-term absence (LTA) on an employee's schedule row.

  1. Edit an MR or OTS.
  2. Click inside the Employee column on the employee's row.
  3. Click Manage Assignment > Cancel Assignment.
  4. Specify the date segment for the LTA or temporary unassignment that you would like to cancel in the Original segment dates field.
  5. In the Start Date and End Date fields, specify the start and end dates for the LTA or temporary unassignment cancellation.
  6. Optionally, specify a comment for the cancellation.
  7. Click Submit.
The LTA or temporary unassignment is removed from the employee's row for the specified dates. If the shifts during the specified period are unassigned, the shifts can be assigned back to the original employee by assigning the dates on the unassigned row.
