Call lists

Employees to which relief shifts are to be offered in the Relief Calling Area can be retrieved by teams, by employees, or by call lists. Call lists are used in the Relief Calling Area to determine the list of employees that are displayed in the Employee Pool. Call lists are associated with teams. There can be multiple call lists associated with a team and a team can be associated with multiple call lists. There is no limit to the number of call lists that any particular user can create.

You can edit and create call lists for the teams to which you have access. Call lists include sections for team assignments and employee assignments.
