Key Components

These components are used with employee skills:

Employee
The employee to whom you want to associate a skill.
Skill
The skill you want to associate with the specified employee.
Start Date
The date the employee skill becomes effective.
End Date
The date the employee skill becomes ineffective.
Weight
Indicates the importance of the skill requirement. The possible values are from 1 to 10, with a weight of 10 being the most preferred.
