About this guide

This guide provides the performance requirements for features of Infor Workforce Management (WFM). These performance requirements describe supported use cases that ensure acceptable performance of the application. Exceeding the performance requirements detailed in this guide may cause performance issues, such as drastic increases to load times when users access screens or perform actions. Performance concerns caused when exceeding these performance requirements would not be considered as defects, but customers may submit enhancement requests through ERS if they have business requirements that would necessitate going above the usage levels documented in this guide.

This guide is intended for customers, system administrators, system implementers, and consultants. This guide should be reviewed prior to the implementation phase of projects to determine if features of the application are appropriate for a particular use case. This guide should also be consulted when organizing the structure of data elements in WFM to ensure that client's requirements can be satisfied while providing the best possible performance.

This guide assumes that all components of the WFM deployment, such as client workstations and application servers, meet the specified minimum hardware and software requirements. These requirements are detailed in the "Platforms" chapter of the Infor Workforce Management Release Notes.

Performance requirements are only included for a subset of the features and modules of the WFM application. Performance requirements for additional features and modules will be added in future versions of this guide.
