Requesting employees

The ELaB functionality requires that participating employees be assigned to only one home team for the entire affected schedule period.

  1. Click Forms.
  2. Click Open for the Employee Loan Request list item.
  3. Select the location of the store that needs to borrow the employee using the Borrowing Store lookup.
  4. Select the location of the store from which the employee will be loaned using the Loaning Store lookup.
  5. Select the employee using the Employee lookup.
  6. Select the first day that you require the employee using the From calendar lookup.
  7. Select the last day that you require the employee using the To calendar lookup.
  8. If you need to borrow the employee for non-consecutive days, fill in additional employee details as necessary.
  9. Click Submit.
