Editing individual schedules

To edit individual schedules:

  1. Select Employee from the Header bar on the main page.
  2. Select an employee using the Employee lookup.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • Select Manual Date Range from the Date Selection drop-down menu and specify a start date and end date for the date range.
    • Select a predefined time period from the Date Selection drop-down menu.
  4. Select Schedule from the Action drop-down list.
  5. Click Go.
    If you do not have permissions to edit the selected employee’s schedule for the selected dates, a non-editable Schedule page is displayed with a notification. From this page, you can view the information, but not make changes.

    If you have the required permissions to edit the employee’s schedule, the editable Schedule page is displayed.

  6. Click New in the date you want to edit.
  7. Select Sched Times from the drop-down list.
  8. Modify the schedule, as necessary.
  9. Click Submit.
