This table lists potential general problems and details on how to resolve them:

The clock does not power up and the display is blank. |
The clock does not have power. Do:

After the initial power-up, the clock displays IP address, or the normal idle screen message is not displayed. |
The WB6000 does not have a clock program loaded. See Loading the Clock Program. |
The clock is not communicating with the WBCS. |
The communication cable connecting the clock to the WBCS is defective or unplugged. Or the clock server is not running.
