Changing the Network Setup

To change the network setup:

  1. Press the Host IP Address function button.
  2. Specify the IP address of the WBCS at the Enter the Host TCP/IP Address prompt.
  3. Press the E button.
  4. Press the Static IP and Dynamic DHCP function buttons to toggle between the two IP address types.
    1. Press the IP Address function if you configured the clock to use a static IP address (the Static IP function button is displayed).
    2. Specify the IP address of the clock at the Enter the Cost TCP/IP Address prompt.
    3. Press the E button.
  5. Press the Setup Mode or Test Setup Diagnostics function button.
  6. Press the TCP/IP function button.
  7. Press the TCP/IP Server or TCP/IP Client function button to toggle between client and server mode. Configure the WB6000 to use client mode.
  8. Press the Socket Port function button.
  9. Specify the socket port number of the WBCS through which the WB6000 communicates, at the Enter the Socket Port prompt.
  10. Press the E button.
  11. Press the Return To Setup button.
  12. Press the Exit Setup function button.

    A message is displayed stating that you have asked for a re-boot or have changes that require a re-boot.

  13. Press the OK Re-start function button.

    The clock reboots.
