Synchronizing Teams

After setting up the teams and before setting up Labor Budgeting, you must synchronize the imported team data so that Labor Budgeting reflects the most current structure. Team synchronization must also occur every time teams are inserted into the application via a bulk data load.

To synchronize teams:

  1. Select Maintenance > System Administration > Synchronize Teams.
    The Status page is displayed.
  2. Click Start to start the team synchronization process.
    A message indicates when the synchronization process is complete. If the team tables were already consistent and did not require synchronization, then an appropriate message is displayed instead.
