Locking the Worksheet

After a budget manager clicks Lock on the Worksheet, the application uses the execution groups in the following lists to execute this action.

The application uses the following execution groups, in the following order, for a budget:

  1. DFT SET AVAILABLE STATES EXEC GRP
  2. DFT BUDGET WORKSHEET EXEC GRP 1
  3. DFT BUDGET WORKSHEET EXEC GRP 2
  4. DEFAULT EDIT ACTION EXEC GRP
  5. DEFAULT SC DETERMINE STATES EXEC GRP
  6. DEFAULT SC UPDATE STATES EXEC GRP
  7. DEFAULT SC UPDATE STATES EXEC GRP 2
  8. DEFAULT SC PRE CREATE VERSIONS EXEC GRP
  9. DEFAULT SC CREATE VERSIONS EXEC GRP
  10. DEFAULT POST SC EXEC GRP
  11. DFT SET AVAILABLE STATES EXEC GRP
