Setup Overview

Setting up scheduled due-date alerts is a three-step process:

  1. Customizing the scheduled due-date alert Workmail message.

    Perform this step once at time of setup. Update if required.

  2. Assigning a due-date attribute for each budget/forecast.

    Perform this step immediately before starting the solicitation process for a particular budget or forecast.

  3. Schedule the due-date alerts and update the relevant layout that is sent via the approval process.

    Perform this step once at time of setup. Recommendation: Set this step to run once every day.
