Adding Comments on the Worksheet

Two types of comments are displayed on the Worksheet:

  • General comments that budget managers add to the Worksheet. These comments are described in this section.
  • State-change comments generated by the system as a result of a release, submit, lock, or unlock action on the Worksheet. For information about these comments, see System-Generated Messages and Comments.
